Doug Ford says he’ll do whatever it takes to make sure schools are safe in September, but his actions clearly show that he is prepared to roll the dice and hope for the best.
Ontarians deserve better. For months, Catholic teachers have been calling for a comprehensive plan to reopen schools safely, one that includes proper investments in testing, health protocols, improved ventilation, and smaller class sizes to enable physical distancing. Parents, students, and medical experts have been doing the same.

But the government still isn’t listening.
Rolling the dice isn't a real plan. The Ford government needs to stop gambling with the lives of students, teachers, education workers, and their families.

We need a plan for schools that puts safety first

Send a letter to your MPP, the Premier, and the Minister of Education and tell them we need a real plan to keep people safe.
